Here is what happens after you reach out and select us as your virtual assistants of choice.

We schedule a free 30 minute consultation with each of our new prospective clients. We are excited to have you here, and want to ensure that we are able to connect. This meeting ensures that we are able to understand your goals, and provide work that you’ll be thrilled with. During this consultation we will answer any of your questions, go through pricing, agree upon a timeline, and create our agreement to commence work on your projects.

Each Virtual Assistant has their own unique skillsets, strengths, and experience. It is a priority for us to pair our clients with a Virtual Assistant that fits their needs, desires, and goals. We will select one of our incredibly talented team members, and provide them with all of the resources and information they will require to excel with your tasks.

This is the boing part, but in good news, it is fast! We take the agreement which we created during our consultation and send it off to you for a quick signature. Upon receiving this document back, we are able to initiate our services promptly.

Your Virtual Assistant has completed all of your tasks and projects. They have now sent them off to you for your review. Any final touches you require will be completed, and we look forward to working with you in the future!
